We accept insurance with out-of-network acupuncture benefits. We are able to submit claims for reimbursement and/or provide superbills. If you would like our biller to verify your benefits, please fill out the insurance verification form at the bottom of the page.

Before requesting a detailed verification, we recommend checking your online account to see your remaining out-of-network deductible for the current year. If you have a substantial deductible remaining, your acupuncture visits may be subject to that deductible, and a detailed benefits verification may not be necessary at this time.

 

If you would like us to proceed with verification, a $15 deposit is required for each verification request. This fee covers the extensive time required by our billing team to call your insurance company and verify your detailed acupuncture benefits. Similarly, you can also book and pay for your initial appointment, then contact me to submit the insurance verification, in which case no deposit will be due.

 

The $15 deposit can be credited toward future sessions if you book your first appointment within 7 days of submitting your verification request. If you do not book within 7 days, the $15 will be retained as the insurance verification fee for our external billing company.
