Cancellation Policy
* To be respectful to the provider and other patients, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice when canceling/ rescheduling an appointment. Please note that a fee in the amount of $80 will be charged if you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation within 1 hour of the appointment time or no-show, the full amount of the session will be charged. *Due to new Square Refund Policy, a $5 fee is deducted for all refund requests to cover non-refundable CC fee.
