Simple Acupressure to Boost Immunity

Here is the first video I made to demonstrate how to perform acupressure at home. It is easier than you think and only takes a couple of minutes a day. I like to add this practice at the beginning of my morning meditation. By massaging the points and simultaneously focusing on breathing, this helps to quiet the mind and shifts focus within.
